Technology has affected my appearance

It’s true.

I had perfectly manicured nails when my left thumb nail chipped during a networking event (of all things). I didn’t worry too much about it until the event was over and I picked up my phone to check and return text messages and email. I began to use my tiny Blackberry keyboard with my thumbs and I couldn’t do it!! I was completely thrown off by the fact that my left thumb nail was so much shorter than my right thumb nail. I kept hitting the wrong keys and gave up. I immediately went home and filed the other thumb nail down.

What’s next? I’m sure this won’t be the last technological influence on my appearance.
