Wow. I just got off the BEST Customer Service phone call I've ever had. Call was answered almost immediately. Person spoke perfect English. The entire call lasted 5 minutes, from dialing to hanging up. I placed my order, gave my credit card information, confirmed my mailing address, received by Shipment Delivery date, merged my two accounts into one (because I wasn't able to login to my account online - it said I had multiple Account #'s associated with my email address - they still had an account with my maiden name and she picked up on that immediately), received my new and final Account #, updated my Pin #, and changed my email address. All of that in record speed.
Today is my day. Let's hope nothing ruins this perfect record.
Off to purchase a steam cleaner online...
