The Hunt for the Great Food Truck Race in Denver!!

I can't express how excited I was a couple of days ago when I found out that the Great Food Truck Race is going to be in Denver this weekend.  If you are not familiar with the Great Food Truck Race, it is a TV Show where top Food Trucks from around the country compete each week to make the most money.  Each week one Food Truck is eliminated and the remaining Food Trucks are given a new city to drive to and compete all over again.  There will only be one Food Truck left standing in the end.

There will be 6 Food Trucks still in the competition this week and they are coming to Denver!!  My husband and some friends will be on the HUNT!  I'm particularly looking forward to the Truffle Mac-N-Cheese and the Lobster Roll.  Yummy.
